1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SaaS School ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

SaaS School is a school management platform that includes modules for students, teachers, grades, attendance, payments, communications, calendar, and reports. The service is provided under a monthly or annual subscription model.

3. Account Creation

To use the Platform you must create an account providing truthful and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Plans and Payments

The Platform offers Free, Pro, and Enterprise plans. The features and limits of each plan are described in the Plans section. Payment is processed through Stripe. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform for illegal activities, sending spam, violating third-party rights, or interfering with the operation of the service.

6. Data Ownership

All data you enter into the Platform (students, teachers, grades, etc.) is your property. SaaS School will not claim ownership of such data. We commit not to share your data with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

7. Privacy and Security

We implement technical and organizational security measures to protect your data. See our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle your information.

8. Limitation of Liability

SaaS School shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruption beyond what is reasonable. The service is provided "as is," without warranties of uninterrupted availability.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, data will be retained until the end of the billing period. After that period, data may be deleted.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify material changes by email or through a notice on the Platform.
